In a recently published article of mine, I highlighted my personal observations and assessments regarding the potential return of Bangladesh Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, the current political situation of the country, and the overall context. The analysis I have made of the current situation from my perspective is presented below:

New Optimism and Organizational Enthusiasm The announcement of Sheikh Hasina's return to the country by this coming December has given birth to renewed optimism among Awami League supporters. I can see that our numerous leaders and activists residing both inside the country and abroad have embraced this announcement very positively. As a result, a new enthusiasm and momentum have been infused into the party's organizational restructuring.

Activities of Opposition Forces My political observations have noted a kind of coordination among various opposition political forces centering around the possibility of Sheikh Hasina's return. In my opinion, these political parties are essentially adopting and implementing various political strategies among themselves with the aim of thwarting this organizational resurgence of the Awami League. The Current Regime and My Deep Concern I am compelled to strongly criticize the interim government and the current political context. I am deeply concerned about the current state of law and order, the judiciary, administration, economy, and human rights in the country. Prolonged political instability, extreme violence, corruption, mob justice (mob violence), and administrative weakness have created severe frustration in the minds of the general public.

• Human Rights and Security Crisis: Incidents such as excessive violence, arson, vandalism, political vengeance, and human rights violations are occurring in various parts of the country. Consequently, a sense of insecurity among the general public has increased significantly. Alongside this, I strongly condemn the harassing measures being taken against journalists, teachers, intellectuals, and cultural personalities. • • Economic Disaster: I believe that the country's condition in terms of trade, industry, investment, and employment is currently very fragile. Excessive inflation, an acute foreign exchange crisis, the closure of factories one after another, and massive job contraction—these are now our primary economic challenges. For these reasons, the cost of living for ordinary people has reached an unbearable level. • • Deterioration of Law and Order: The rule of law in the country has become very weak today. An extreme crisis of public trust in the governance system has emerged due to various untoward incidents. It is my firm belief that no improvement in the country's overall situation is possible without establishing political stability and effective law and order.

The Path to Resolution: My Proposal I believe that the only way to overcome this current crisis is a meaningful political solution. For the long-term stability of the country, political dialogue, the establishment of the rule of law, ensuring the constitutional rights of all political parties, and creating a peaceful political environment are absolutely imperative.

We should try to establish national unity through discussion, eschewing the path of political bans, politically motivated lawsuits, and mutual conflicts. I firmly believe that there is no alternative to political consensus and the equal application of the law to ensure investment, employment, economic growth, and social stability.
